Thread: Is there a list of animal hide types somewhere?

Is there a list of what animal has what hide somewhere? As usual Im looking to hunt for my wooly, but I dont know what animals have wooly hide so I have to go around killing everything in site. Id like to focus my search.

I already tried that site and refined my search to Talus. The only critter that popped up with wooly hide on talus was paralopes. That cant be right.

You can double check with the creature database on swg.warcry.com - but it sounds right.

Yeah...probably right. Sux though.
I would hire newbs to hunt it. Provide some basics so they can advance in their chosen combat field, training, mabari and travel ticket. New guys are usually very happy to get something to do. Charge them like 2-2.5k hide for the set up. And offer to buy any above that for a decent cpu.
If you can take the time to help them with game mechanics...all the better.

That is exactly right. Corellia wooly isn't much better, bunnies and paralopes. Cringe when the best wooly in weeks is on Corellia and give up when it's on Talus (after about a day of hunting, a ranger who usually brings in 10K was able to get 500.... no K... -only- 500, it's not worth it for them or you).
If you want something just as heartbreaking... tell a doc that the Tat avian is 900+ OQ and PE and they will cry. Nunas are the only avians on Tat... they yield even less meet than the paralopes do hide. Tiny annoying things. I kill them now in honor of the doc I was helping months ago...
