The last I read on the forums, the Wookie Battle armor was due out after publish 9...well publish 9 was about 2 weeks ago, and as of yet there has been no mention of the Battle Armor. Has anyone else seen or heard anything as to a release date on this? Maybe some stats on this armor? Because it is just pathetic that players are punished in SWG for wanting to play a wookie. The armorsmiths are damn good at making the Ceremonial Armor, around 58% is pretty decent protection. But when I am in a group of 10 people, all wearing 80% or higher comp armor but me...guess who is ALWAYS the first to go down. A release date would be so nice to hear, because I can't wait to spend my hard earned cash for some better armor.

:And another thing, the Wookies are not asking for any kind of special treatment. All I want to see for my characters race is equal treatment and attention. I know this post will probably be flamed by those who have never played as a Wookie...to those I say, go on another server and be a Wookie, you will understand...

I don't think to many people will flame you for that. Only the really whiney ones. Your right, they promised you wookie Battle Armor and haven't delivered, and aren't even talking about it. That sux. I don't play a wookie, but three of my guild mates do, and I'm their armorsmith. I grow tired of making them crap armor that they can wear out in one buff session. I myself am looking forward to making the stuff. It certainly isn't 'special' treatment in light of attention given to those ridiculous force users. Good Luck

wookiee aremor is due in pub 9.TWO.....they havent released 9,1 yet, so your'll just have to wait for a few more weeks. I believe pub 9.1 is tuesday, so 2 weeks from then if they are on time.....should hit test some time during the week

I do play a wookie and I am trying to save up for the armor since I don't make much money right now. I just don't want to be waiting a month to get armor that I mainly just need to protect myself when I am sampling DNA and until I can get high into CH I can't do anything solo except the trash around theed or on tat.

I just hate it that wookies already can't use the faction armor and the faction pets aren't really that great. Plus they have the worst race penatly from the empire. The clothes we have are low in color options and some look really crappy. Plus we have limited image design options. The only reason I can see anyone picking a wookie for anything good is a bow caster and the ch bonus. All we ask is to give us a little bit of more love.

I knew I could count on the Armorsmiths to help stick up for potential customers In Star Wars the Wookies are supposed to be one of the strongest races in that universe...yet here we are a borderline joke when it comes to combat SUPPORT THE WOOKIE ANTI-NERF! lol maybe i will start a crusade j/k

i cant wait for the new wook armor, for some reason kashyyykian ceremonial is my favorite armor to craft, and hopefully the new stuff will b fun to make too!

Is this stuff on TS yet? I would love to get a peek at a shematic or 2 anyone see one yet? I saw the photos posted ealier today so its somewhere right? Show me a schematic!!

The pictures only display their "skins", which are in the game, Thearmor itself is not in the game, nor is it on Test Center. Hopefully, It will be within 1-3 weeks.

I like the Mountain armor best, It doesnt just look like leather put together with rubber bands like the hunting armor. It looks like it might be the heaviest armor of the two, maybe except for the helmet
