I recently aquired some shards at -28/-20/-20 or so, 11 of them. Got off someones vendor for 50k! So I go to make advanced padded segs (I know, I know, I shouldn't waste it for this but its for me and my pals for hunting while looking cool). Ok so I have my kinetic layers all ready to go. So I go and max out the effectiveness in experimentation on the segs. I get an amazing success...great! Then I look ... to my horror!... Im actually working on a Ubese armor seg! Suffice to say I now have the lightest, crappiest Ubese segs you have ever seen.
