I am new to this Armormtih thing and had a question about the fiber panels. Do you need to use an ehancement in it for any reason? I didnt know if it helped stats out at all?

Fiberplast, reinforced fiberplast and synthcloth have no impact on armor stats whatsoever.

the enhancement slot you are talkin about is for tailors to put in be tissues to make clothing with BE mods like +medic or whatever
