i was wondering if it is possible to make good 80ken, good electric and decent base composit armor withough the advance composit segments, cause im on bloodfin and i cant find any Kiirium Steel anywhere, ive searched resourse vendors, asked some other smiths, and done every thing i can think of, anyone got any help it would be appriciated

Ok... its not really fun... but its what we do....

I've never used the regular comp segements, but I would suggest making a pair of gloves, experimenting, and seeing how it turns out.

What do your kinetic layers and basic segements come out to for their %s?

You'll probably have to sacrifice base in your kinetic layers and put it into the special resistance... but I can't say for sure without knowing how good your layers turn out and how good of resources you have.
