Thread: Diffrence in advanced and regular armor?

Whats the diffrence between using the advanced parts and regular parts?
Im sure you get more resistance for advanced, but will it really make a diffrence?
Asking this because i plan on going master armorsmith and looking through recource usage some of them havnt spawned in 35+ days on chilly.

Adv Parts with crappy materials is better than Normal Parts with awesome materials.
It makes a huge difference.

It gives higher resistances and frequently lower encumbrance even when the "standard' is made with pristine resources and the advanced is made with mostly cruddy (though at that point the difference is -very- low).

What's regular armor? Never heard of the stuff. Been a Master for 6 months now.

composite armor segment = regular
advanced composite armor segment = advanced.

I was know Hothype, I was being silly.Never even consider making regular amor sinceI was a master. The difference in resist is huge. But, regular is just not worth making because no one will buy it and isn't why we all got into amor? (to make the big bucks = credits)?
