If you are to use pretty good resources for the final combine you will end up with around 46% base with 30% heat and 70% cold in special. Along with a blastprotection which would be somewhat low due to the experiments mainly in base. (below 20% blast most likely). Aprox 24k condition or so.

So in short, thoose segments aren't that great, but ok if you just want a light suit with ok base.

Those are good compared to unlayered padded. I would be happy to use them.
