Hi folks
I currently play a BH, and use composite on the live servers. I have been reading that after publish 9, tantel will have some lightsaber resists.(unlike composite). Since i will be hunting jedi, i would like a set of this.
My question is, what, if any, loot drops can be used to enhance tantel armor?(i.e. rancor for padded, NS for comp, etc.)
I would like to get a head start looking for this loot, if it exists, so i can get myself a decent suit made when the patch comes out.
Thanks!

With Tantel it's all about the base.... The best loot options to use will be NS layers and Rancor hide, you can use both to get the base 50% and up......

Thanks!
Do you happen to have the number of pieces i would need for a suit?

Each Tantel segment can take 1 layer and 1 segment enhancer (that will be the NS layer and the Rancor hide)...
Now, the helm requires 3 identical segs, the chest needs 4 and the boots need 2. Problem is that to make identical segments you need to burn one set of resources to make the schematic.
So you need 4 of each loot to make a helm for example, but if you had 6 identical of each loot you could make the heml and boots, as you can make 5 identical segments, enough for the helm and boots in one go.
Make sence???

tantel goes up that high? maybe with 20%ns layers or something but really i've never made them but considering the base maxes out at 9% using a 4%layer add another 3% for janta hide makes it to 12% this is far bellow the 26%base that is used to make composite segments.
