I was crafting some layers last night and I noticed some of them would not experiment any higher,

E.G: My layer would start at say 6% I have A/S 3103 (3k away from 3104) I could improve it may be once or twice say to 10% and then no matter what type of success I would get from then on it would not rise above 10%.

Is this some kind of bug? I was going from a success of say 34-46 and the base would not rise anymore.

I played around with this and found it was the same on Durability and Quality.

Is there a cap on your success %%% ?

Sounds like you hit the exp cap with the resources you are using. Basicly suck resources have a low exp max, while high quality resouces allow you to experiment them much higher. Pretty much everythign in armorsmithing needs high OQ and SR, check your resources, if on or more is low in either OQ or SR that might be limiting how high you can go, even if you have exp points available.

Oh cool, thanks for that.

I was going off OQ and MAL.

MALL is used, but for the encum, OQ and SR determine the resists.
