Is 748 OQ and 542 SR good enough for Kiirium Steel (to be used in advanced composite armor segments)? If so what might it be worth?

SR on kiirium steel ranges from 535-615 and OQ can hit 1000, so no, that's not a very good kiirium in relation to kiirium steels that have spawned on many servers. However it might be the best on your server which would make it good of course, and it would be good to an armorsmith who might not have better 
As for worth, that depends on your server. However, I bet if you look you'll see it on the bazaar for 3-4 cpu (assuming it's a recent spawn).

on bria we had a kiirium spawn with 965 oq/569 shock in march that I was using. In may a spawn of 980/568 kiirium spawned that I mined a million units or so of, and then a week later a spawn of 991/582 kiirium which of course relegated the previous spawn, andthe million units I had obsolete

. (my bag of obsolete resources grows and grows and grows)So right now on Bria the best kiirium (that I know of) is 59 mall, 991 OQ, and 582 shock. Dunno about your server, but the stats on good kiirium is probably considered900+ oq. and maby even 950+ oq.

hm... i didnt know that the SR caped out at 615. that makes my 997oq 612sr look prity good. i was going ot try and find something better, but now i wont even bother.
