I'm going for master armorsmith right now, but i want some fighting skills on the side to be able to fight reasonably well too, just PvE. Any suggestions which fighting skills i should take? I was thinking of pistoleer or smuggler myself.

Master Swordsman is an awesome PvE proffesion, and if you do that, you'll still have room to pick up some scout to harvest your own hides if needed

although if you go with pistol/smuggler you can slice your own armor my AS's template is master armorsmith, master smuggler, 0404 pistoleer

I believe swordsman to be the best at PvE. I can usually out perform rangers in hide gathering. Not per creature...but hides per hour. (If I can find them)

You can also get most of the loot yourself too.

do yourself a favor, go master armorsmith / master smuggler .....you still have enough points to go 4040 pistoleer.

you can slice your armor, feign death is handy.......get a nice damage slice pistol with some speed pwr ups, you'll do ok in combat.

I am a tkm and novice Armor smith, it's working out well so far.

I've done TKA, Rifleman, a little2Handed untill i need the points for TKAand am starting Pistols now.. just gotta find the combo u enjoy really i suppose
