hi i have 27 armor repair and use onley 100 percent armor repair kits and i am master armorsmith but repair i have been doing latley stink is bug in the system ? and my other question is i have 15 repair skill tape it just says repair can this be used to repair armor some one told me if just says reapir you can use on weapons cloth and armor is this right? excuse bad hand righting

None of therepair tapes work. There is an extensive post about working/non-working SEAs on the Lowca trade forum you might want to check out.

I believe WS are the only ones currently getting an actual repair bonus (but not with SEAs)
