Thread: Quality or Resistance?

Oki.. When I make my layers I put the majority of experimentation point into the experimental resistance and I do the same with the segments, but when it comes to making the actual piece where should i be putting the points.

I have found to my frustration that it seems slghtly random. Sometimes I can put the point into resistance and it races the special protection, sometimes it doesn't. Other times when I put the points into quality it raises the whole damn shabang... So where to put them?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

When doing comp segments, put most points into raising the base, the rest either lowering encum or raising the elec resist a bit. In the actual armor peice, put about 8 or 9 points into the middle line, then the last one in the top line.

The reason you do this is on comp, unlike all other armors, is that raising the base in comp also raises the special resists. Its strange, but it gets you higher resists all around than putting points in special resists.
