I have been hunting Nightsisters a fair bit lately , and seem to be collecting a large number of NS shards.

Can anybody tell me what is considered fair , good , or excellent ?

The ones i have looted are along the lines of -11 -14 -16 for Health, Action , and Mind respectively .

I would just like to know , so that i do not throw out anything that may be of value to somebody , and at the same time , would like to get rid of them if they are of no real value .

shards with -10/-10/-10 are the lowest stats they drop as, and by far the most common. Personally I don't bother buying or keeping any with stats less than around -25 all stats anymore(or average that anyway) I've got some execptional ones that are in the mid -40s and have heard of others as low as -70something, but never seen any like that personally.
