Hate to repeat what been the most repeated phrase in crafting, but.....must be the resources. (Unless you're getting a bad experiment somewhere. All it takes is one.)

Alot depends on stuff you are using.

I make 2% base 14% kinetic layers.

I make 9% base 37% adv ubese segs.

Gives me 71% kinetic 19% base.

That is experimention on special only and placing one in base and ham. You need to find better resources for your layers, so that you can experiment higher on special. It all depends on resources OQ+Sr < 1700 Higher the better.

I make 2 base, 14 kinetic layers and 37 kinetic segments...gives me 73% kinetic resists. Maybe raise the kinetic on your layers?

Hey guys i found all my resorces to make ubese.. i still cant get it up to 70% my max is 50% I NEED HELP!!

Experimentation:

KINETIC LAYER:

I raise the special bar as far as it goes and the left over points i put into base> ....... is this RIGHT?

(my kinetic is 11% and base at 2% after my experimentation)

ADVANCED UBESE LAYER:

All my resorces are high in OQ and SR.. best you can find ... is there anything special i need to have to raise my kinetic ? if not can you help me out ive posted a couple of times with out getting great answers.. Please Help Thanks...

Also, are you making advanced segments? 50% is pretty good, for non advanced. You definitely need better layer resources.

*doh* just reread, you say advanced segment. Then it totally looks like your axidite and neutronium are god aweful.
