Does this armor still have light saber resist? And was this intended by the devs.

No need for official word. Log out for 10 minutes or so and take a look at the resists again. It's a display bug that lightsabre shows as a resist.

Would have seen a whole bunch of Tantel armor running around on the servers if it was true.
Guess I'll keep making just Ubese and Composite.

But in my experience psg's (crafted post patch) do the same thing and I believe the devs have stated they shouldhave lightsaber resists.

A friend of mine has made Tantel and tested its resists.

She got up to about 27% base and tested getting hit. She was getting hit with about 60 damage from the sabers and blocking4 points of damage. I believe one of the big AS on TC was experimenting with PSGs as well. He said something about getting the resists up to around %30 to counter the AP2 of the sabers. So these are not going to be super effective unless you can find a way to greatly increase the base resists of Tantel.

But this was on TC and things change... So do not quote me on this. Try it out for yourself.

Yep its a bug at the minute. Seems to me like it would be a great idea to make Tantel have lightsaber resistance. Would make it more popular - its pretty much redundant at present - don't see any floating around.

Would also be advantageous to expand on whats available as Tantel at the minute (i.e how about a full suit).
