Thread: RIS chestplate with NS shards- How many does it take?

I was lucky enough to loot a set of 5 NS shards with -57 Health encumberance. I was hoping this was enough to use in an RIS chestplate. Is it? Thanks!

Wow! If it only takes 1, I'd be glad to!

BTW, the Action encumberance is the standard -10, but the Mind isn't bad with a -28. If anyone knows what they may be worth on Eclipse, I guess it wouldn't hurt to know
