Hey quick question. I wanna make some Wookiee armor that focus's on kinetic. I've never made any, so I'm curious as to how I should make the layers and segs (I dont want to waste time and resources going blind). Any suggestsions for experimentation, and any values to shoot for would be appreciated. Thanks.

just make it like ubese
max special every time, kinetic is the special resist, then dump the rest of your points into base or HAM

well here is the concern... I keep ubese base at around 14%......what is an average base for wookiee? If it's decent, I'd rather do that, but if it sucks, I'd rather make it lighter.

ask the wookie what they want, most dont give a crap about HAM and prefer base higher
I have made it both ways, as long as your kinetic is high, who cares?

well then my question is, for layers and segs, what percentages on base and special resist should I be looking for?

depends on your resources, just max special and dump into base
pretend you are making high base ubese if you are going for high base

maxing out special wont be a waste? It took some time to tweak my comp to realize that maxing special was a bad idea, it actually hurt me more than it helped. I just wanna make sure I get the best bang per exp point.

it wont hurt, you dont have a layer, and you will get no where close to 80% kinetic

I always max special and dump the rest into base, cant use layers in the armor so no need to worry about that. I get like 55%kin-20% base..not the best but I sell out daily.
