Witch types of armours can take them and how many for the ones that can take them.

Almost all armors can take them. Advanced comp can take 3, most can take 2.

Ubese can take 1 layer
Composite can take 3 layers.

I don't know how much each type can use, but any armore From Tantel and up can use them.

Any Advanced segment can take at least 1 layer.

Nope, advanced Mabari can't

Armor that takes layers:

Tantel - 1 layer
Ubese - 1 Layer
Padded - 2 Layers
Composite - 3 Layers
