Since I specialize in Kinetic Comp, here is my take. The base is OK if you plan to triple layer in Comp. The Kinetic is way to high. HAM is high. The comp sets i am currently making are 3%base/6% Kinetic at a 9 HAM layers. That will equal out to a very nice set of PvE armor without a slice. Don't think you have to max the special resist, because in the end product, you will end up hitting the cap and not knowing how far you have gone over (learned this the hard way). Try playing around with them. Make gloves since they don't require identical segments. If you are hitting the resists you want with your last point, you have balanced the armor where you want it.
BTW, I am a 10 point MAS as well. Good luck to you.

sorry, screwed up
base effect - 2%
Integ - 297
HAM - 16 all
Kin effect 13%
I made another with same stats but with 328 Integ.
How do these stand up to benchmarks for the proff and if I could get some info on what other components should be like and any info/tips, pls let me know.
I am only a 10 pt smith too
Thanks a ton

they are good kin layers for ubese, chitchin and padded armor (think chitchin has a layer
). From what ive read, go for max base, then the rest into kinetic when you are making comp armor. so its like 4/6 or 3/6....
