Concerning the new Hunting Armor.
Pay attention to numbers, and you'll see what I mean
My first batch of Kinetic layers were as follows: 3% Base, 10-10-10HAM, 6% kinetic 509 Integrity
They produced segments that were 27% Base, 38-39-40 Ham, and 24% kinetis
The final armor comes to 80% Kinetic, 56% base
OK, the second batch of layers seemed to improve. They were 3% Base, 8-8-8 Ham, 7% Kinetic Integrity 650
Now, the should have produced better results than the first ones right? Well the segments turned out to be Base 24%, Ham 35-35-37 and 39% Kinetic. The final product armor came to something like 47-50% Base, and 80% Kinetic (less Ham)
In every step...the same resources were used...not a single thing was changed. Layers 1 and 2 used same resources, segs 1 and 2 the same, and the final products used the same. I tested several times so it wasnt a matter of assembly. Great successes all the way through produced same results.
So...is this just plain weird or is there an explanation?

With layers the 3% base is a rounded value. Keep track of the percentage experimented. It can make a sizable difference in the segment.

Yup, hidden fractions.
Three 11% stun layers have given me 35% resist on the segments.
