I just started armorsmithe yesterday, i found a macro that works for me and i am working with it to produce armor upgrade kits in practice mode. I just wanted to know how many hours/days/weeks/month it will take for me tocomplete this?
not that i have anything else to do in the game..... melee proffs takeless then aweek to complete and now want to try making some money for a change.

Mastering, considering how much time your on per day/week, took about a week here with rigormortis settling in my click finger towards the end. Buck up though, because thats only the half of it, mastering armorsmith. I reccomend unless you have an absurd ammountof money and apatience beyond the norm for shopping, get your survey skill up to III, a couple large harvestors, and start mining (after of course hitting swgcraft.com). Materials is a huge part of a.s. And dont skimp out and get sub par resouces, they are worth jack in the end.Hope this helps abit.

Make the Chestplates (Mabari I think?) and craft the segments yourself, don't use the factory. That will get you close to 400 points per Chestplate. When I decided I wanted to be Armorsmith I couldn't wait so I began at 7 AM on a Saturday morning, fell asleep Saturday night as a Master.

Took me about 30 hours total, including the times where I just had to go out and hit stuff to keep from going insane

You'll want to get your hands on a couple of heavy mineral and a couple of heavy chemical harvesters, as these groups are the primary components of armour. When you're out grubbing for resources, make sure that OQ and SR are as high as possible, with MA a close second - I highly recommend: SWGCraft to help keep track of resource spawns on your server. You may also want to keep a hold of novice scout so you can gather the various hides you'll need as well ![]()
Cheers,
