when making the layers, i maxed out the stun protection (special resist)

and i had 1 point to put into base so i did that

it came out looking like 2% BE 16% stun effectiveness

did that 3 times and put it into armor but i only got it up to 37%

how do u guys get 39%?

A) Are you sure that it is 16%? I think they cap at 15%

B) What are the stats of your materials?

16% would yield 48% stun with three layers

I use just over 13% layers, so I get right over 39%

Basically, you need to have layers high enough, so that when you have three layers, they add up to 39% e.g. 13.1 X 3 = 39.3%

Since stun is a vunerability to Comp armor, the base does not add into the equation.
