How good is a:
Decent Janta Hide
Good Janta Hide
Great Janta Hide
AMAZING Janta Hide
and how many do they come in with matching serials?

The Lowest janta hides are 3%. 4% and higher get rarer, and anything above 6% is hard to find. I believe I have seen 9% and I think I heard of 11%, but I am sure they are extremely rare.
NS layers with a higher base are easier to get, but they take a layer spot instead of the enhancement slot.

Oh, they drop anywhere from 1-11 with matching serial. Usually I see less than 6.
