Thread: query from a learner

Hi all. I am learning armorsmith just got tech 4 and have a query. I am experimenting on mabari to get used to what happens with certain experiments. I am making mabari segments and thought that if i used all my points on the effectiveness that this would up the base %. Am i correct or am I just being a nube?

Experimenting on quality will up the base. For mabari chest pieces experimenting on special will increase its heat resistance and the pants, their blast resistance.
