No, Acklay hides are not segment enhancers as they are padded armor segments.

Hmm I didnt know acklay were for padded armor. Any better than rancor ones? Id like to make premium padded armor. If I could get padded and make it in the 70% range I think its nicer than everyone in composite. And for the average player is enough protection unless they are big time hunters or PVP types.

I have some nice 29% Acklay Hides which created a 30% (One bad resource) Padded Armor belt with 0/0/0 HAM.

I'm unsure what it would do to Padded Armor because I despise the look of it

ackley hide will give you low ham, high condition padded armor. energy will be a special resist
