I looted on a GDK a pair of Tantel armor boots. What type of armor is it? There are no stats when examine.

tantel* one of ancient armors u can make at low level, protection energy, base... the rest!

exept it has shifting stats, like PSG's =(

1st armor u can make with stun layer...

but exeptional with no stats???

I tried to put them on as tsivozi is a trando. My encumberance did not move....

I got a set of Exceptional Mabari Boots from an Enraged Bull Rancor, but the only thing exceptional was the extremely low HAM's (all single digit). They are 32% energy but the rest of the resists are also single digit.

Not that exceptional really.

i looted 90% energy exceptional bone armor chest from a gdk before.
