good idea, I made lots of suits for noobs

I gave them away free, or I would put them in a backpack on the bazaar and sell as full suit for 6k

Well priced low end armor on the bazzar will always sell to noobs - as Skinny said - and although will not make you rich it can get you by in purchasing the resources to go on.

To help the sale just mod the armor a little, change the colour scheme (black is a good one), describe it in the title, for example the colour - and experiment is at far as you can. This will also help you build up a customer base that progress as you do, you when you hit master you have sales from the off.

One last thing... Get some ber 10 minimum miners and if a good spawn of resources for armor appears before you hit master you must mine it, or you will reget it later.

i make3 kinds of Mab for noobs

Cobra Mab Armour [Cream and Green]

Shadow Mab Armour [Black and Deep Purple]

Ghost Mab Armour [U guessed....All white]

I have to say Shadow is the most popular i sell full suits for 5k

I found out that giving them interesting names make them more appealing to newer people

By the way Looking for a Master Armoursmith on Scylla to recieve an apprentice, i am a awesome crafter and dont get under 90% in the things i mastered, pst if your interested in recieving me as an apprentice

Id like to congratulate you on your decision. I am following the same route, and am, after 2 weeks of being an armour smith, 0/0/0/1 (almost got enough to pick up another skill - gotta decide between going to 0/0/0/2 or getting 1/0/0/1).

It is a long road, but I oppose grinding via macro. I dont think mastering a profession inside a couple of days is the intent, and there is quite a lot of fun when you're almost at that next skill level. Its an exciting, and sometimes frustrating journey.

(I do practise though - I equate it to real life in that respect. You can spend time practising to become better without producing a final result but I feel one should practise oneself and not macro it).

The only down-side of going it the long way is that I think the design has turned out to be weakly balanced in some areas. People level very quickly, and with a few group missions cash is easy to come by. Im finding that selling Mabari at low cost is often not enough because the cost isnt a huge factor even for new players (unless they've been playing less than 2 days). Also many master characters are generous in giving new players weapons & armour, which obviously impacts business when I am trying to sell the same kind of armour!

As many smiths have said before on this board - you want to find top quality resources. Check what effects the different resource stats make on the armour, that way you learn a whole lot about how to control the outcome. Dont forget to see what the different experimentation areas do to the final result!
