Thread: I would like to make RIS armor

I wish to make RIS armor, as buying it is rediculously expensive. I don't mind running around looking for loot... ehhh, i do it all the time.
However, what i do mind is running around for loot, getting the loot, and making the armor and then findin out that i got the wrong loot or made it incorrectly for the "Best RIS armor" stats.
So, basically what i am asking is simple...
What do I need to make the "best" RIS armor with the highest possible Effectiveness stats and the fewest vunerabilities?

if you think buying is ridicuolusly expensive, than making the 'best' RIS is lot more ridicuolusly hard/expensive.
What you need:
1. 2x Interwoven RIS schem (looted from acklay)
2. A lot numbers of Exceptional NS layers (or even legendary)
3. 9x Exceptional NS shards (or Legendary)
4. 9x Exceptional Yellow Geo cubes (or Legendary)
What you need:

Wow... i didn't know they had exceptional and legendary 
Well ... .... ....
What kind of NS do i need to hunt for the layers and shards? 
Also, these items don't have to have the same serial correct 
?

If you wanted to make the "best" what did you expect? Using base and run of the mill materials?
Hunt Elders, Protectors, and Spell Weavers.
Correct, you do not need same serial numbers.
