Does anyone know the technical name of Darth Vader's armor? RIS resembles it to me, though we must keep in mind Vader's armor is specially designed for his needs(breathing and life support). It's also not beyond to belief that a man as influential as Vader could have any other design changes he wanted made to a suit of armor. But anyway, if a suit of RIS armor were colored completely black, I think you would look very similar to Vader.

Actually, I don't think Vader wears any armor at all. I could be wrong, but I thought what he wore was mostly life support and prosthetic limbs.

Vaders armor is 80% i think and armor rating heavy if you examine him at emporers retreat

Vaders Armor From a Paper RPG standpoint is a Sith Alchamey (sp) enchanted Medium Combat Jumpsuit... with Mods for breathing, and life support..
The enchantment give it the ability to Reduce the damage from Lightsaber attacks, and the suit increases his strength and consitiution...
But Galaxies wise... The guy above was right 80% to everything, Heavy Armor
We dont need to be able to build that armor... Personally I dont like seeing Mandalorian Armor in the game... But at least the method of getting it is a major Challenge..
Vader is Vader and leave it as that... No need to have him and Darth Maul Clone jedi Running around...

Vaders Armor is made on the same technics as Maldalorian Armor, .... this is mentiont in some SW novels When Vader speaks to the Emperor over Boba fett... the Emperor reminds Vader that he and Boba got some thing in comen ... the Armor both have

The armour that he does wear (chest, helmet and boots) were made with Cortosis Ore which (in SWG terms) makes them 100% resistant to Lightsaber!

Which novel is that?
I think one of the books of the Bounty Hunter wars but not surten of that... have reed to many to remeber it all

Funny... His wrist wasn't too resistant to Luke's Saber in Ep. 6...
