I'd try the swampy forests around 1.5k E of Keren. I live in that area on Ahazi, I see albs around all the time.

If you get no love outside of Kaadara, look about 1.5k N by NE of Theed Starport. On the east side of the waterway. If one spawns, 2 more will follow (one at a time) after the first is downed, at the same location. The added challenge there though is that it's happened where the bird died over the water, making harvesting impossible, so you may wish to lead it a bit east/inland off the riverside.

How hard are these things post-CU? I'm looking to get some health enhanced armor made, but I can't really afford millions to just have the armorsmith use his own stuff, so I'll have to loot my own.
I'm mostly looking for whether or not I'll be able to solothem with these 2 templates
Master Commando/Master Carbines/Pistols 2-4-0-2
and
Master Brawler/Master Pikeman/Master Fencer/TKA 2-0-1-2with Novice Medic (+18 Healing shirt too)

they're about the same as a GDK i think. I haven't actually FOUND one post-cu despite my sincerest looking, but i'm pretty sure they're:
level 82 gold bracket elite w/ 35k HAM
so if you can do that it's np

I see them North of Theed every great once in awhile (3 since the CU).
