the drops have been nefred but differernt servers will have different drops.
last suit went for 18mil on farstar trade forums at in instant BO so they pretty valuable
but damn hard to find

on infinity there seems to be increased amount of trade auctions lately
increased drop rate?

OK, I'm hearing enough to make me want to go try to finish my suit.
Can we assume that the drop pattern is the same as before?
For instance, I always had the best luck with the BS NPC's on Yavin, North of the Geo cave.

good news, finding the blasted black sun npc's on yavin is no longer a problem. in a buff session i killed about 30 of them. it seems that as the devs promised the rare are so rare anymore.
BUT. out of those 30 not one dropped anything, i consider this rather unusual becuase they used to drop a piece of bh armor, id say about 1 in 5, especialy the black sun assasins.
just wanted to see if any others are having similar problems?

actually, from what I remember, I never looted an armor piece from an Assassin...
but as for the actual drop rates, those have been down since publish 9. Its more like a 1 in 100 drop rate now.

one in a hundred? thats wierd cuz a week-2 weeks ago i looted 2 BH armor pieces in 2 hours and only killed maybe 6 assasins and 8 henchmen and 8 thugs. both from assasins

I know people will probably tell me I'm full of it, but I looted a BH armor chest plate on Endor today from a BS Assassin. Not at 0,0 where they normally spawn from the DWB bug either. This appeared to be a random spawn like you find on Dath or Yavin about 1.5k M North of the Research Outpost. It was a spawn of an Assassin and a Henchman, and they both respawned 4 times before they stopped, so as far as I can tell you can find the regular random BS spawns on Endor now too.

I know it still drops on Yavin IV, but where do the black sun spawn? is it random, because people tell me its always around 1k from geo bunker

It's totally random. I usually just take expeditions around Yavin IV and just look around. I was lucky tonight too, because I looted a Chest Plate with mods.

Gooroo is rigth, NW of the minning post is the best spot to find Black Suns Spawn. Just follow the shore...
