The first mod listed will stick. It's a tie. Test it for yourself. Go out and buy a garbage SEAwith two of the same value mods and stick it on some novice tailor's one socket bazaar special shirt, just to feel safe about it. The experiment ought to cost you 15 min of searching skill mods, and maybe 10k credits.

1st mod has always stuck for me in a tie, the alphabetical thing doesn't apply, not sure where people got that idea.

Yes Heorot, the highest mod sticks if you only have one Slot left.

I have one free socket in clothing and 3 stats on the CA, one +9 and two +2. Which will stick?

I think the +9 will stick but I am not sure, Anyone know for sure (I guess I will get 3 answers lol)

***Edit****
Further Reading says my prior statement was wrong..however I tried sticking a Accuracy 4, Speed 12 tape into something with one socket left..and the Accuracy took it, so I dunno.

So be careful and test this out before using your good attachment. It seems to either be alphabetical or the first stat listed that sticks when placing in something with 1 socket left.

Pre-CU, if we put two Rifle Accuracy SEAs into a piece of clothing, the SEA with the highest mod would take effect. Now Post-CU, if i put two Rifle Accuracy SEAs into a piece of clothing, don't they both take effect?

No, if you put 2 of the same CA/AA in the same article you will just lose the 2nd one for nothing

Ok, on an article i have 2 slots left, but the attachment i want to put into it has 3 mods, Fire Resistance +18/ Rifle Accuracy + 18/ 2h melee defense, in that order from top to bottom. If i put that SEA into the article with 2 slots left, which 2 mods will stick?

One the one with the highest + sticks first, is several has the same + it goes in alphabetic order.

In other words, Fire Resist will stick.

If you wanted the Rifle Accuracy to stick, you'd have to put in a Fire Resistance +18 or higher tape BEFORE putting in the tape you currently have.

I wish they would just fix these things once and for all.
