From the information I have, to open the Helm/DE/Jetpack room you must have a Master DE (a Master Artisan will not work) with the following items in his inventory:
Protective Coating
Binary Liquid
BH Armor Peice
Alum Minerals
I have seen no evidence that you need a jetpack stabilizor to open the door (and have seen unconfirmed evidence to the contrary), but yea, once you get down there, it's too tough to take out the Overlord anyway.

Thing is I'm soloing them. Takes me about10 minutes to kill each one. About how manydid you have to kill to get any parts to make mandalorian?

I can't give you statistics, cause I don't have them, but the two liquids are the rarest drops in the game, so all I can tell you is keeeeep going.

stabilizer is a jetpack componenet...not required to open the room...but u need it if you wanna make a jetpack:
Jetpack:
Fuel Dispersion Unit
Injector Tank
Ducted Fan
Jetpack Base
Alum Minerals
Jetpack Stabilizer
firs 3 are somewhat easy loots from the DWB...u just need to spend some time there....the base doesnt drop inside the DWB..u ned to find blacksun spawns on endor, dathomir or yavin and prey to god...its a very rare drop..i seen it go for 5 to 8 mil on the forums
Alum minerals is fromthe quest and the jetpack stabilizer is from the overlord....add a grain of salt and you have a jetpack.
