They should be able to wear faction armor (they can wear clone armor), wear all the armor belts other species can andbe able to have a shirt under the armor (for CAs)!

1)Let AS be able to craft JUST THE APPEARANCE of armor so that ANYONE can wear something that looks like armor but provides no functionality. This is mostly for RP purposes. It would be nice to mix and match some types of armor for a unique look. I know however that this does go against some of the CU design principles of being able to look at your opponent and determine their possible combat class.

CORRECT PRE-CU COMPONENTS/ARMOR IN CRATES CONVERSION, OR GIVE RESOURCE BACK!!!!!!
OR USE AN RECURSE CALLED HONESTY, AND TALK TO PEOPLE IN THIS SITUATION TO DELETE ALL BROKEN ITENS AND FORGET IT!!!!!
