Thread: Mandalorian Armor?
I Think it should be a multi step quest that would be hard
like Epic Weapons in EQ

There there 4 Jedi seen in the original trilogy. The fallen Jedi now Sith Lord Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Yoda, and Obi-Wan.
There was one set of Mandalorian seen.

5 the ones you named and The Sith Lord palpatine. Vader was the apprintace(sorry can spell worth a.....)
There is no evidence to date that Palpatine was ever a Jedi. There is speculation that he is Sifo Dyas (sp?), but it's merely speculation at this point.
the only way any one should get mandolorian armor is have be awarded to the bounty hunter who kills the most Jedi in a year/6 months.... and who ever wins the title gets the armor, who ever loses the title loses the armor.....
the fact is, its so rare, and old, and not even the most valuable armor for protection, that no ones likely to just "aquire" it
Yeah well I never saw luke grinding pastries to become a jedi.
I never saw a smuggler named sir poops alot in any of the movies either.
This game has no continuity anyway!

It should be a certification for Master Bounty Hunters. Who cares who kills freakin jedi's wth are you people smoking.. BH don't hunt Jedi's they hunt other people they rarely every got a Jedi bounty and if they did see one i doubt they picked it up right away knowing they will surely lose. I want bountys for other players, thats what BH is all about.
Also I have seen Pex the GM with this armor, it is bad ass. They need to add it to the game for master bounty hunters only. If i see a novice chef wearing the armor I am quiting the game on the spot.

^^^Agreed. I can see your point with characters like Luke, and Darth Vader etc being jedi at this time, however they are in the game, as is Boba Fett. This makes your arguement pretty much moot. At this time Luke wasn't even a Jedi Knight, he was still a "n00b" to the force. I mean really, other than the geeks out there (no offence) who blow a fuse for continuity what is it really hurting to make a super hard quest so that bounty hunters can get some great armour, there are more than enough Jedi out there, I've heard 1000+ spread over all the servers?... not all of us are holo grinders you know. Oh yeah, I forgot, we get the +7 ranged defence....whoops strike my arguements from the record.
p.s. Mandalorian Certification at MBH please.
not to be a party pooper, but there is a vast amount of star wars that was never in a movie. Go to your local bookstore and pick up a few books. Might surprise some of you how much more there is to our universe that was never seen in a movie.
You are right, we missed the part with people being offensive and nobody being able to stop them, we missed the part where luke was sitting in a cantina and was suddenly outside. Also, we missed the pokemaster that had three rancors that helped han hunt on dantoine to get his scout xp up.
My point, as jerky as I put is, this is a game that has so many things that are not even close to Star Wars, extended or not.
They get lot's of jedi's and other things, just give the players what they want. Does it hurt anyone? I mean I would rather see a ton of BH in Mandelorian then five players with names like "Kick you butt" and "Loke Starrunner".
