Well, there are several faults with the image that i doctored. Look at the ridiculous condition of the piece, Notice the sillyHAM i modified it to, I'd have to kill a billion NS's to get skill tapes like those. And the big one.. Thereis a gap between the Mind Encumberance and the Object Creator (as the original image had Stun listed as a Vulnerability). All of about 5 minutes work in photoshop. With abit more time you could make quite an authentic looking image. Hence why SOE will never accept screenshots as proof.
Still... It's good for a giggle.
Nice photoshopping

You do realize that the only reason that stun does not go beyond 45% MAX is because the vulnerability of the armor and segment..
ie.
Composite Segment = Vul to stun so you can not experiment the resist up. It does not follow with the other stats.
RIS armor segment if not vulnerable to stun could experimented up from 35-40%.. The fact that it only embodies 2 layers is the problem. 2 layers x13% Stun = 26% now experiment that up on compo armor and you could probably hit 60-62% Stun..

Oh.. I totally forgotto even consider other armor. I've not made any of that in a long long time. I have a bunchof exceptional rancor hides sitting around collecting dust. I must have a play with the other armors again.

Didn't Tantel become vulnerable to stun when they fixed the shifting vulns?

70% stun IS possible
with tantal armor, stun is in base, so just make 70% base tantal and you have it, I had some 10% rancor hides that could prob get it to 40-50% base (including stun) before slice, and maybe 60% stun after

It was supposed to, but when they fixed stat shifting, it wound up vuln to nothing. It still doesn't shift either.

Skinnyman - you forgot the NS layers, need these too for the high base Tantel.... 15% NS layer, 10% Rancor + the base of Tantel to get the STUN toward 70%

Hmm. Maybe I should look into making some Tantel if what you guys are saying is true.
