WELL, AT MASTER WE GET +75 RIGHT (oops caps).....cant remember exactly...been using too many tapes myself 
But basically, once u speed hit 95 ish, u dont need to go any higher...i think i am at 96% right now, and it would take a 20 second weapon to slow my polearmhit3 take longer than 1 second to "reload"
yesI would definitely get it becuase at master you have +75 speeed
if you can get enough skill tapes to add up to +25 then your total speed will be +100
the good thing about this is that at +100 speed your speed caps at 1.0, meaning that any polearm you use (even a 6.0) will attack at 1.0 speed 
The thing about the tapes is, it takes a +5 to do anything, so your +19 combined is really only like a +15.
Unless you can pick up a +1 somewhere.
Either way with these tapes you will be capping speed at master and .....

Really? I thought the improvement was continuous. Are there any tests that show this?If it's true, then I've got to go out and find some more tapes, and my wallet has been awfully light lately.

Of course they could all be talking out their asses.
Ok. I don't have any reason to believe it's continuous either except I don't see a reason why it shouldn't be. Then again, much about this game doesn't make sense to me.
