Out here on Wanderhome, I managed 43%Kinetic 22%base. The wood here isn't all that hot ![]()

I'll also be curious to see what the decay rate is like.
With the Chest covering (visually at least) the biceps, chest and head, I don't expect that 22000 condition to last long.

That is my problem, not only is it using from what I here "wooly hide" in the tailor part, which btw is not good for most smiths, nor will tailors than intend on making it be able to afford "high quality stuff."
22k is nothing in durability with the 55%kinetic, now if we get up to 70% we might be talking it lasting a bit, but like is stated, it looks to protect 4parts, and those four include the chest, which gets hit all the time.
As for the encumbrance, it doesn't matter really, Wookies are supposed to be strong hunters on a "rough" planet. I am thinking a giant Wookie can walk around in some armor with little effort and the design and the encumbrance are showing the devs acknowledge the Wookie Strength.

It would probably be better to use Krayt/Voritor enhancers for this as it would push up the kinetic. If you were trying to be a ranged wookiee, then yeah, use janta hides and make sure they put everything into base. Im guessing that with the right enhancers, and a lucky slice, you could get something like 33%kinetic 45-55% base. Itll still be vuln to heat/cold/elec/stun, but it would be a gigantic step up.
