In this situation, I'd probably give the guy 300k but I'd like to see a suit of my armor in a trade window to ensure that he was a customer and not a scammer. I would do this because of his poorattitude and if he gave me additional attitude at any point during the refund I'd cut him loose with no renumeration.
My previous posts were only to state that there are bad customers that deserve to be fired. There are simply some people that can never be satisfied and that will never say good things about your business no matter how hard you attempt to please them. If this is the case then they do not deserve or warrant any compensation because there is not and never was good will from them in reference to the business transaction.
