according to the knowledge base..they do not have to help you if they don't want to; however some of the CSR's are nice and will return those items.
I suggest emptying your inventory (becuase they will try to put them back there first) if not then they will create a house and place everything in there.
I would also suggest you throw in a little roleplay when submitting the ticket or crack joke to get that CSR in a better mood to help you out...I used roleplay and lucky for me the CSR found pity even though he pointed out the statement in the knowledge base.

Well, it's good to know that I might not be totally screwed. I had several millions credits worht of weapons on there, would hate to see it go to waste.

Call me a noob, a moron, an idiot, whatever you want. I was getting ready to take my Krayt and Gorax weapons vendor down to move it to a different location, so I clicked retract sale or whatever. Well, I don't know what I was thinking, I am pretty tired, I automatically went and did remove vendor and clicked yes when the box came up and said that it would destroy all items left on the vendor. SO like an idiot, I forgot to pull the weapons out of the stockroom, and they all got destroyed. I turned in a ticket, but is there anything the csr's can do for me???

WOOOHOOOO, just logged in and all of my stuff was in my inventory. That was a relief to see. I guess not all CSR's are mean.
