They dont test hotfix's or publishes.


They work sorta like cheap backyard mechanics. Guesswork on what might fix it, change the parts out and have the owner pick it up and pay for the work done.


Only problem is, they're the only mechanics in town, so they keep doing things the same way over and over. Job Security.
