Yavin is best.

Endor is pointless to try to find any and Dath has a million other very dangerous aggros

Yes. Spent an hour or so out on Yavin to get a jetpack base (and succeeded) and received 4 pieces of BH armor in the process.

How long did it take you? I did Dath for several days. Killed over 100 and got 0 jetpack bases and several BH armor pieces.

I know of about 7 good spawn spots on Endor. matter fact i came accross a mob of 12 the other day. I do all my black sun hunting on endor. looted a pair of boots last night.
