Im using 4% Padding now and have segments base of 30% and kinetic/energy of 20/20%. Makes 65% base with 80% Kinetic 80% Energy. The chest is lower at 64% base cause the bone Im using stinks!

Thanks for the insight Katrine, my Armor Padding is at 3%, but this most likely because of the materials i used.
