I support the AS community, but the basic premise of this thread is right. While I'm sure Okram appreciates that so many people in and out of this community are pulling from him, the best way to do this is to make constructive posts. Spouting flames everywhere won't do anything but make the devs leave. Trust me, I've been where you are, and I've learned that my own flames haven't done ANYTHING...but constructive posts actually draw the devs. It's happened to the Rangers twice now.
Look, let's put it like this: remember the movie Canadian Bacon? there's a quote you should remember:
There's a time to think and a time to act. and this my friends, is not time to think.
It's funny because it's exactly what you shouldn't do. So while we're all really worked up, we can't act now and get crazy, as that's absolutely the wrong thing to do if we want to get changes put in. Just know that Rangers are pulling for you guys, and I'll keep working trying to help you working the way you should. But my work, and all of our work, will be for naught if the negativity totally destroys any objective or intelligent posts.

This is what two year's worth of pent up rage and frustration look like. I was really steamed when they nerfed CH shortly after launch, but I was silent and figured the peaceful constructive way was better.
Now, it's on like Donkey Kong.

Well, just popping on this thread to say that I know Ranger Community supports the AS and crafter communities. In some ways the galatic civil war is playing out here on the forums now...

Yet because of all the flames, outrage, banning, and deletting LucasArts wants to know whats going on, So the AS way did something more than just being bent over and accepting it

This CU is horrible, every poll taken shows that the greater population do not like it. but the devs are smokin some serious stuff, and are feeding us that verbal diaria that they call "positive feedback". But we have to make best of what we get.
The ranger community went through a bit of an up-rising the other week, albeit, nothing like this. But with clear, constructive critism, and positive dialougue with the devs, rangers got what we were asking for. Ranger now get the CL as we progress! so the worries of having less HAM, and sub-sequently less hunting effectiveness, can now be laid to rest.
So you armoursmiths, should take a page from the rangers. Calmly discuss your worries, and give constructive critism, if the devs still do not want to listen, then they will have to learn the hard way then there SWG's quarterly reports come in, and theres a Negative loss!!!

Yep, you are right. They also made themsleves look completely immature and probably ruined any possiblility of getting our profession fixed any time in the near future.
Add that to the list while you are busy patting yourselves on the back...

Damned straight. I was incensed when commando got nerfed into uselessness back in the day. I've never had as much fun since. I was also angered when the new generation of armor made pistoleers a joke - even Pistoleer/BH Pistols IV (which I was at the time). Except, back then only a few people were actually affected by it. THIS affects EVERYBODY.
