That was a complete EE3 carbine, with flash-surproessor, scope, and stock. I'm sure lots of folks that use the EE3 have their's configured the same way, but thanks to the devs, you can't see weapon mods on weapons other than your own. Ranks right up there with building item counts on my pet-peeves list.

I read that the av-21 and jetpack were spawned by Pex to help the guys maek this video, so in this case the jetpack wasnt made by players

can someone tell me how to get this damn thing to work? Or does it normally take over 10 minutes to connect?

It took me awhile to connect also, but it worked fine eventually. I hesitated clicking on the link because some of the videos on here in the past weren't so great, but this thing is hilarious!!
