If you add in your resource time, I'd say it took you a hell of a lot longer than 20 minutes.

And? You can also respec to it, or purchase novice boxes like scout and max scouting in about 30 minutes and train it up too.. A s

Only if you had those skills prior to the CU going live. When you login you'll see an option to respec if you are allowed too.

if I just bought the game I have zero skills.
I can believe that if one had 6 accounts for a year andmillionsof credits and used all their vet rewards on resources that they could grind architect in 20 min. Not everyone has all that, even people that have been playing a long time, even if they did they put well more time than 20 min obtaining it., it balances out.

I knew ... group grinding, I'll try to keep an eye on the others and heal them as needed, infusion first then straight heals if needed.

Tried Force Infusion on your swoop yet ? and Yep it does work although it wont heal it

Not true.. you could use your veteran reward resource deeds to get a huge chunk of it out of the way without paying for resources. Asuming you have the reward of course.
