It's too complicated 
I'm working on a similar idea, but mine is VERY easy to use. You just select the schematic from the dropdown list and up comes the resources...with relative rating.
There's a few kinks in it, but click here for some sample output. The data is for Valcyn, but it can easily be adapted for other servers. When it's a little more reliable, i'll post the link

It' snot too complicated, it is just not updated to account for the CU.

looks good but for AS needs updating for post CU, all the stuff is for b4 CU.
