It's the third set I wanna see pics of, the Concept drawing looked very nice. This stuff pretty much is what I imagined from the concept drawing of Kashyyykian armor #2.

When do we get info that's not just pictures. I want to know what armor it will be like (just as the KC was like Chitin) and what resources it needs. Or has this, too, been moved back until after the JTL?

*grumble* Jedi and the space expansion are taking over -everything- and it's annoying.

I can honestly say that I am probably the biggest Wookiee fan in this game if not all of what Star Wars encompasses. It truly hurts me to see such a fierce warrior race made into the biggest joke in the game. The Devs honestly want wookiees to not play the game it seems. What other explanation could there be? I would like to say that I do appreciate them giving us armor. It's nice to be able to tanka NightSister Elder, but I'm not entirely sure that making us look like wood burning stoves is the way to do it.

UNLIKE the first et of wook armor, the concept drawings looked excelent. This however, is crap. These stats will have to be hardcore for me to wear this hideous armor.

Certainly hope these devs arent using this game on their resume, they may never work again...

Eh... I'll live with wearing the horns... But I really hope they keep their word and get both of the armors out at 9.1 as they where saying... But with the way things are looking on their end,I dont plan on holding my breath...

I do want to know what the resouce requirements are soon... I need to know if I need to use up 10k of a Good Wooly Hide again and 20k of a Good Secondary Hide just to get 1000 of those armor padding things that the Ceremonial armor used...

*Prays that this armor does not use the Armor Padding, as its complete BS that Wook Armors should use a new componet that is not used in all the other armors...*

Character Name: Chalvooka WOOKIEE FROM DAY ONE!! still a wookiee even after a small break from SWG!!! A Wookiee from before wookiee armors and ROTW or RTOS!!!!

Hmm, does look a bit strange indeed. Removeing the horns in a editing tool it looks like this: Photoedited with no horns. Now it looks like a stove with Gungan ears instead...

A couple of things to note here. For starters, I believe they can get out both sets by 9.1. P9 should still be on test for a few weeks, then probably a week of last minute patching. That gives them about a month to get them out. They already have the concept drawing approved, and at least one set digitized. As we saw with Kashyyykian Ceremonial, they just took an existing armor template and slapped it on...so they will probably do the same with the next two sets (my guess is still Ubese for "Kashyyykian Hunting" then Padded for "Kashyyykian Unamed.")

As far as resources, just get whatever is good. If a halfway decent wood spawns, I get it...you never know. And as far as Armor Padding...well, get used to it. One of the Devs stated at FF that they want more interdependance in the crafting professions, and I think the Armor Padding is a great thing to add. Why? Well if you've noticed, wood tends to not have a high SR (a SWGCraft search brought up two wood types that had 900SR...everything else was below 700, and I doubt the validity of the two.) So the armor padding will always bump up the base a little. Its not all that great in the first set, but if we get a set that has a higher base start, that extra 3% is nice.

I don't think the horns are as bad as those feathers. Now that is just silly.

Oh my... it's good and bad. Pants. Yes! I dig the pants. As for the rest of it, it's fine, it just doesn't seem very Star Warsy, but then none of the wookiee gear in game seems very Star Warsy, it feels like leftover objects from a fantasy game.

The horns are silly, and I can't imagine being able to see very well at all in that thing. Bantha style horns would be better, something that curves. It's fine, and I'll certainly wear it, I just hope that the mysterious 3rd set is a bit more modern and metal looking.

I had a Force sensitive character, with 23 and a half boxes ground out.
I had a master creature handler.
I had a high lvl crafter character.
I had a Bounty Hunter that I hunted PC Jedi with.

My game is dead.

I'm gonna stock it long as the resources aren't outrageous. I just wonder if there will be any reason to stock this and the ceremonial stuff.
