1) Whenever you need info about something, you should at least try to get what information is plainly in front of you. To that end, there is very clear information in the stickies that server-related questions belong in the respective server forum. That is why server-specific forums exist. This is not a point of debate (yup, I'm an arrogant a$$hat who knows it all). Server-specific forums exist for debating/informing/asking questions about server-specific issues. Profession specific forums exist for issues that are general to the profession. You don't go to the bounty hunter boardslooking fora new scatter, do you? The point I'm trying to make is that a request like the original poster started with is of absolutely no interest to 95% of the people who have to open the post to find out.. In that sense, it is information pollution.
2) When Natalya responds "no",that is the correct answer. What did you expect? If you perceive that as being arrogant, that is your problem. The answer is correct and short. No need to explain that we all think this is strange/broken/whatever. It is how it is.
3) It is, in my opinion, not a matter of being ignorant idiots - it is a matter of getting tired of trying to help people who with 10 seconds of looking at the stickies could find out for themselves.
